If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or encounter a problem with a product, our return policy is designed to provide you with a quick and efficient solution.

Return conditions

Return period: You may return a product within 30 days of the date of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period.

Return fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to ceramic, vinyl, and laminate flooring.

Exceptions: No returns are permitted for hardwood flooring, engineered flooring, decorative stone, and installation accessories.

Pre-Installation inspection: The inspection of floor coverings must be carried out jointly by the installer and the consumer before installation. An installed floor is considered approved.

Product condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Return procedure

Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact an advisor by phone at 450 434-2200 or directly in-store during business hours.

Return fees: Unless the product is defective or an error has been made on our part, return fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately. To expedite the processing of your request, we will ask you to send photos of the damage or return the product to the store to verify its condition. Upon confirmation of the problem, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund, at no additional cost.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to verify that it meets the return conditions.

Refund: If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued immediately via the original payment method.

Exchanges: In the event of an exchange, the new product will be shipped upon validation of the return.
